Exporting Gantt Schedules

You can export Schedules as Microsoft Excel, PDF /PNG, or as a Microsoft Project file.

Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right corner of the Gantt chart screen

Select your Export format

The available formats are:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • PDF /PNG
  • Microsoft Project file.

For MS Excel and MS Project formats – that’s it! For PDF and PNG formats you have a few more options,

Export as PDF/PNG – Additional Options

Select the Columns

You can choose to export all columns or a selection of columns. Remove columns by clicking the small ‘x’ symbol – or click the “COLUMNS” button and uncheck them from the list of available columns.

Schedule Range

You can choose to export the Visible Schedule or select a date range.

If you select a date range you can use the Date selectors to choose the start and end dates of your schedule.

Select Pagination Controls

Select File Format

Select Paper Format
