What is a Milestone in Pulse Gantt Chart?
“Milestones” mark significant events in a Project Schedule.
Unlike Tasks, Milestones do not have a Duration – they are Single Points-In-Time.
Example Milestones for a Project Schedule:
- Date for Project Scoping Completed
- Date for Approvals to be received by
- Date to Deliver Final Assets
Milestones are indicated by the Diamond Icon in the Schedule: 
How to Create a Milestone?
1) Creating a Milestone by right-clicking a Task
2) Creating a Milestone using the Duration field
- It is possible to enter 1 decimal place as well as hours (h), days (d), and weeks (w) into the duration column.
- Entering 0 will make the task a milestone.
