Senior UX Designer / Software Product Designer – Melbourne, Australia

Pulse is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our UX Team in our Melbourne HQ.

The role will involve hands-on design for the Pulse user interface PLUS participation in our Product Development squad, to work with us on the evolution of the software platform.

The role would suit a motivated candidate who is passionate about Software Design and has at least 3 years experience in a Software company or related Product or Digital design environment.

The role does not involve management of other designers – but we do work in a close team, so experience in a design team (Or management of other designers) would be a bonus.


AWS Dev Ops – Mid Level – Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Pulse is looking for a Mid-Level AWS Dev Ops Engineer to join our team in Vietnam.

Applicants must have at least 1 year experience working with AWS environment with Jenkins and related DevOps technologies.

English language skills are not essential but would be a bonus.


Customer Success Manager – Asia Pacific

Pulse is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Pulse Customers in the Asia Pacific Region.

The role will involve hands-on sales support and customer management for Pulse customers in Australia and Asia – PLUS – working with the Chief Growth Officer to establish processes and protocols to streamline our Customer Success capabilities globally.

The role is based in our Melbourne HQ but you will be working with Customers stakeholders in APAC and the rest of the world.

Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in a Software Customer Success role.

Experience managing others is not essential but would be a bonus.
