Pulse Academy
The Pulse Academy is an online eLearning Platform which you can access 24/7.
Here you can choose the Training Modules which are most relevant to your Role and Office.
We have a broad range of training modules covering Pulse for Beginners, User Role Training & Feature Training.
The modules do not need to be completed in any particular order, you can choose the modules you want and train at your own pace.
Workflow Documentation Specific to your Office
One of the benefits of Pulse is that allows custom configurations for Workflow and Project Management.
To find the Documentation and Training materials specific to your Office, access the ‘Pulse Documentation‘ link in your Main navigation after you login to Pulse.
On-Site Office Training
Sometimes the best training is conducted On-Site.
The Pulse team is Global, and can offer On-Site training in USA, EU, UK, Asia, Australia and South America.
On-Site training is often used for Setting up New Offices onto the Pulse system, On-Boarding large numbers of New Users and providing refresher training to existing users.
Note: At the moment, because of Covid-19, Pulse is not offering On-Site training. Instead we are offering tailored ZOOM based training sessions for you and your team.
