The Document Review Queue is provided as a central location to find and manage All of your Reviews.
The Document Review Queue is enabled in the Pulse Inbox by default for All Users who have ‘View Reviews‘ Permissions.
The Document Review Queue is also available as a Widget that can be enabled on the Homepage Dashboard, Project Summary Dashboard and any other location that supports Pulse Widgets (Such as Pulse Portal Pages).
The Document Review Queue provides the following options:
- Filter on Reviews Assigned to You for Feedback
- Filter on Reviews you Created
- Click ‘View Proof‘ to see the latest Proof for each Review
- View the History and Full Status of a Review
- Click on Review > Actions (Elipsis) > Review Detail
- If you are a ‘Manager‘ of a Review, you will have controls to Edit the Review, Start A New Round, Override Decisions, Cancel Review, Notify Reviewers
- Click on Review > Actions (Elipsis) > Review Detail
