To login, you must have an Active Pulse User Account, which would typically be setup by a System Administrator or Pulse Champion in your office.
The system will typically send you an email with your login details, when you are added to the system.
In some installations of Pulse, you will have the option to login via your company SSO (Single Sign-On) Gateway. If this is an option on your version of Pulse, you should use this route.
If your version of Pulse is not connected to SSO then you should login using your Email Address and Password.
