What is my Password?

To login, you must have an Active Pulse User Account, which would typically be setup by a System Administrator or Pulse Champion in your office.

When your Pulse User Account is created, Pulse will send you an ‘New User Email‘ email with your Pulse Login Details.

“New User Email”

Your “New User Email” will include the URL for your Pulse System and your Password. You should be able to use those login details to access the system.

In some installations of Pulse, you will also have the option to login via your company SSO (Single Sign-On) Gateway. If this is an option on your version of Pulse, you should use this route.

Note: The Password you use for SSO login is different to your Pulse Password issued in the New User Email. To login with SSO you should use your standard Corporate network Password. EG: Globalservs login or MS Authenticator.

If your version of Pulse is not connected to SSO then you should login using your Email Address and Pulse Password issued in the Pulse New User Email.

Password Troubleshooting

  1. If you login via the SSO (Single Sign-On) option, you should use your corporate SSO password (eg: Globalservs).
  2. If you are not using the SSO Option, when you are added to the system, you should receive an Invitation Email with your Pulse Password.
Note: Your Pulse Password is different to your SSO Password, and will only work with Pulse.
  3. If you did not receive the Pulse Invitation Email, please check your Spam folder.
  4. At any time, you can click on the ‘Reset Password‘ option on the login page. This will send you an email with instructions to reset your Pulse Password.
Note: If you reset your Pulse Password, this will not affect your SSO Password.
  5. If you check your Spam folder, and try the ‘Reset Password’ option – and still cannot retrieve your Password, please check with your System Admin or Office Champion, to confirm you have been added to the system.

Notes on SSO Login & Passwords:

  1. Your company’s SSO Password is different to your Pulse Password. Make sure you use the correct password for the selected login route.
  2. Your SSO Password is managed by your IT department. If you are having issues with your SSO Passwordplease contact your IT department for support.
  3. In some Pulse installations, your user account is created automatically via an API Sync to an external system (Such as Agresso or TalentSpace).
In this case, you may need to contact the external system provider to update your details.
