Pulse includes a very powerful search engine, built directly into the system.

We call this ‘Pulse Global Search‘.

We consider this Global Search because the search engine indexes all content across Projects, Documents, Tasks, Notes, Blogs & Wiki Pages.

The underlying Search Engine uses powerful ‘Fuzzy Logic‘ to help you find things – even when you don’t know exactly what you are looking for – just like Google!

You access the Global Search from the search text input in the main bar across the top of the Pulse interface.

Main features of Global Search:

  1. Search for anything. (Projects, Tasks, Files, Notes, People)
  2. Fuzzy Logic supports spelling mistakes, international characters, broken-words, partial words.
  3. Search Index makes over 50 data-points searchable. Including; Job Numbers, Job Titles, Client, Author, Date, File Name, Task Title, Note Subject, Task Type, File Size, Country, Campaign, Page name, Status – and many more!
  4. Very fast results. (Can return millions of records in under 1 second).
  5. Visual previews for search results.
  6. Filter search by Project, Author, Date, Status, Client, Brand
