Financial Documents

Finance documents in Pulse are

  • Estimates
  • Purchase Orders
  • Invoices

These Finance Documents can be generated from within Pulse.

Finance documents are a special type of document in Pulse – they exist as both:

  • the “data” and calculations associated with the particular document, found in the Finances tab
  • the generated PDF document (or documents – as there may be versions of a finance document), which is stored in the “FINANCE” folder of the Projects Files tab

This PDF version of the financial document that is saved to the Projects Files tab – like other forms of documents – can be shared and can be assigned an approval workflow.
