Pages in Project Wikis can be access-controlled so they are only visible to specified users, User Profiles or User Groups.All pages are searchable in the Global Search tool in Pulse – filtered by security rules.
Each page in a Project’s Wiki can have its own specific access controls.
Some possibilities include limiting access to:
- Project Managers (for a high level Project Managers strategy notes)
- All to users who are invited to the project (for a shared knowledge base)
- Project Manager and Client users (to facilitate private information sharing between Project Manager and Client)
- The page’s creator (for your own private notes)
- Finance Managers User Group
By default, a Project Wiki Pages is visible to all users who are invited to the Project (excluding Client/Vendor/Supplier users).
