FEATURES 

[1493] BULK AMENDMENT ENHANCEMENTS 

We have enhanced the Bulk Amendments feature to provide more flexibility and control over amendment processes. 

Key Enhancements: 

  • Reprocess Failed Amendments: Users can now reprocess amendments that have failed. 
  • Handling Amendments with Warnings: Amendments that have failed due to warnings can also be reprocessed. This allows users to acknowledge and proceed despite the warnings. 
  • Bulk Search for Projects: A new bulk search functionality has been added to the project selector step. 

[#66723] TIMELINE GANTT VIEW: ADD ‘INFINITE’ HORIZONTAL SCROLL 

We have added an additional level of usability to our scroll functionality to allow user to know scroll infinitely in time both forward and backward in the Gantt view.

[#65276] FE: ENABLE AUDIT HISTORY FOR ATTRIBUTE MAPPINGS 

We have enable tracking on Attribute Mappings on the Master Client Settings. 

ADD NEW FIELDS TO THE TIME REPORT & PENDING APPROVAL  

  • [#65276] FE: Enable Audit History for Attribute Mappings 
  • [#65989] BE: Add new fields to the Time Report API & Export 
  • [#65990] FE: Add new fields to the Time Report & Pending Approval 

We’ve added new fields to enhance the Timesheet / Pending Approval Report & Export. These changes provide additional details and improve the report’s comprehensiveness.  

  1. Project Branch: Displays the branch of the project. 
  1. Currency: Shows the billing currency of the project. 
  1. Invoice Rule Name: The name of the invoice rule associated with the project. 
  1. Job Finance Type: Indicates the finance type of the job. 
  1. Agresso User Status: Displays the status of the Agresso user as either “Active” or “Termed”.\ 
  1. User Branch: Shows the default branch of the user. 

[#66392] DISABLE HH LEDGER USER EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR CHANGING BRANCH/OFFICE 

We’ve introduced a new feature to manage email notifications for branch/office changes based on ledger preferences. 

Key Update: A new flag has been added to the agresso_ledgers table, allowing us to control email notifications for branch/office changes at the database level. This change provides flexibility to enable or disable notifications without requiring additional code modifications. 

[#66483] OVERTIME FLAG SHOULD BE READ ONLY 

We’ve made updates to the Overtime Flag in the Payroll to better manage payroll and ensure accuracy in payments to users. 

  • For Agresso Linked Users: The Overtime Flag is now read-only. 
  • For Non-Agresso Users: The Overtime Flag remains editable. 

[#66501] UI: ALIEN USER ROLE BY OFFICE 

We’ve made several improvements to the Alien User Role by Office feature to enhance its usability, address alignment issues, and improve backend consistency. 

Key Updates:

UI Alignment and Select Box Improvements:

  1. Adjusted the UI to ensure alignment with respective headers.
  2. Expanded the select boxes for better readability of roles and associated categories.

Default Flag Error Handling:

  1. Resolved an issue causing an error alert and page lock-up when attempting to remove the required Default flag. 

Mapped Role Enhancement:

  1. Updated the functionality to allow the mapping of roles even when there is only one role present. 

Timesheet Role Duplication:

  1. Addressed a issue where the role was duplicated in Timesheets if the Finance Profile Role and Office level role were identical. 

[#66250] FE: LOCK THE TIMESHEET START DATE FOR NON SUPERUSERS ON AGRESSO LINKED USERS 

We’ve implemented improved controls for the Timesheet Start Date field, ensuring alignment with Agresso Users – Date From for Agresso-linked users. 

Timesheet Start Date Editability: 

  1. Superusers: Retain full editability for support and administrative reasons. 
  1. Non-Superusers: 
  1. For Agresso-Linked Users: The Timesheet Start Date is now non-editable in the UI to maintain synchronization with Agresso Users – Date From. 
  1. For Non-Agresso Users: The Timesheet Start Date remains editable, allowing flexibility for non-Agresso linked users. 

FIXES 

[#66668] BUG: ROLLUP TIMELINES CANNOT BE DELETED 

Issue with ability to delete Rollups in the Timeline grid view has been fixed and users can not delete all Timeline types as expected.  

[#66911] FE: FIX AUDIT HISTORY COMPONENT – OPTION CHANGES DO NOT SHOW WHEN DELETE 

We’ve addressed an issue related to the “option changed” function, specifically when deleting an option, which resulted in an empty return. 

[#66482] FE: VIEW TIMESHEET MODAL IS UNALIGNED 

Fix issue with the alignment of the View Timesheet grid in the Payroll Report. 

[#66670] ALIEN TIME SUBMITTED AGAINST A SINGLE INC.CAT 

We’ve addressed an issue where time entries against multiple alien user roles were not being sent as set as saved on timesheets, instead we send the role from the project. This works fine for alien users with single roles but not for alien users with multi role.
