[1974] TIMESHEET END DATE
In this release, several significant changes have been implemented across various modules:
Project Wizard Enhancements:
- Timesheet Start Date: Removed from Project Wizard. Now automatically aligns with Project Start Date upon approval.
- Timesheet End Date: Introduced a new feature. Not visible in the Project Wizard. Automatically synchronizes with Project End Date upon approval.
Timesheet Management Updates:
- Timesheet Restrictions: Timesheet submissions and V2 Timesheet Amendments are now confined within the Timesheet Start and End Dates.
- Fallback Mechanism: Projects lacking a Timesheet End Date will utilize the Project End Date. Non-Agresso Projects without defined timesheet start or end dates will utilize Project Start and End Dates for timesheet management.
Project Dashboard Enhancements:
- Information displayed on the Project Dashboard:

- Financial End Date (+90 days)

- Project End Date Note: Timesheet Start and End Dates are visible only if they hold a value.
Project Amendments and Settings:
- Timesheet End Date Amendment: Added as an option in office settings for project amendments, enabling the addition of Timesheet End Date to manage time entry. Also available as a bulk amendment option.
Background Sync and Mapping Updates:
- Background Sync Adjustments: Updated background syncs to associate timesheet completion dates with the timesheet end date in Pulse.
- Legacy Sync Modification: Altered legacy sync to map timesheet completion dates to the timesheet end date in Pulse. Additionally, a background sync is now set to automatically halt a job post the timesheet end date.
Pulse-Agresso Mappings:
- Office with Daily Timesheets = Yes: Adjusted mappings to align various date fields with the Project Start and End Dates, including Timesheet End Date representation.
- Office with Daily Timesheets = No: Revised mappings for start and end dates to ensure alignment with project start on Monday and end on Sunday, as well as accurate representation of Timesheet End Date.
ENHANCEMENTS
[#64251] BE: ATTACH FILES TO TASKS FOR RETOUCHING TICKET
In this release, an issue regarding the attachment of files within retouching job builder tickets has been addressed. Previously, when the job builder issued a retouching ticket, only the brief was being added to the corresponding task. Other files uploaded by the PM to that job builder ticket were not being included in the task, leading to incomplete task information.
Upon investigation, it was observed that while assets uploaded into the job builder were available in the files tab, these assets were not consistently appearing within the respective task, specifically in retouching job builder requests.
The fix in this release ensures that any assets or files uploaded into a job builder are properly propagated and included in the corresponding task. This adjustment provides a seamless and comprehensive overview for users accessing the task, ensuring that all relevant attachments and files are visible within the task details, enhancing the overall efficiency and clarity of task management within the job builder interface.

[#64262] BUG: CAN’T SAVE EDIT & VIEW USERS FOR NEW COPY TIMELINES
Fixed a bug where changes to View & Edit Timeline Permissions weren’t saving when creating new Copy Timelines. Users can now successfully save changes within the “Save As Timeline” modal.
[#64824] FE: EXTENDING THE PRODUCT FIELD SELECTOR IN PROJECT WIZARD
Fixed an issue with the Project Wizard that was preventing all available active Products for a Brand from being selected in the drop-down menu within the Product Field Selector.
[#64242] BUG: TIMELINES GANTT VIEW > PROMOTE TO MASTER
Fixed an issue where promoting a Timeline to “Master” in Timelines > Gantt View triggered an infinite loading spinner after confirming in the “Set as Master” modal. Now, the process works seamlessly, and the Timeline transitions from “Scenario” to “Master” as expected.
[#64822] PROJECT VIEW: NEW RESOURCES AND PROJECTS ARE NOT DISPLAYED WHEN BOOKING CREATED
Resolved: Resources tab in the project didn’t display a new row with the resource when a new booking was made. Page had to be refreshed.
