1) LOA Processing
Allow LOA from TalentSpace to be processed into Pulse and onto Users’ Timesheets and in the Resource Scheduler.
2) Adding LOA Status to the Staff Feed
To enhance visibility, we’re adding LOA Status to the Staff Feed. This addition will enable us to identify individuals on LOA without delving into Timesheets. The information will also be used to show an ‘LOA’ label against the user in the Address Book.
3) Add new filters to the Address Book
If you are in an Agresso-linked office, you will see an additional filter in the address book for ‘Agresso Status’ which has two options of ‘Active’ and ‘Termed’.
These filters are respected in the User Export.
4) Add ‘Frozen’ flag to user’s who have been frozen
When a user has been frozen because they have not logged in after a certain amount of time will have a ‘Frozen’ flag on the user record in the address book.
5) The Unsubmitted Email will include open amendments
To ensure alignment between Pulse and Agresso, open amendments need to be actions. When we receive a TalentSpace PTO record on a date where the user’s timesheet has already been processed to Agresso, we automatically open an amendment. Since users don’t have access to make their own amendments, these are often invisible changes.
To close this gap, we are going to include open amendments to the unsubmitted timesheet email.
6) Email Notification when an amendment has been opened
Following the above, when an amendment has been opened on the user’s timesheet, we will send an email to notify them. This email is sent once a day and we group all the open amendments opened that day from the TalentSpace PTO / LOA request into 1 email.
7) New fields added to the Delinquent API
To assist with support enquires, we have 4 new fields to the delinquent timesheet API
8) TalentSpace PTO Report
Revamped the TalentSpace PTO report to offer on-screen results, facilitating reprocessing of failed records and has additional filters for categorising failures.

Project status ‘In review’ will allow Finance docs submission after this change. This allows Project Managers to signal that project has been delivered but finance documents can still be submitted until the project is fully ‘Completed’.
