This article only applies to Agresso linked Projects in Pulse.
With Agresso linked Projects, if a Project’s Dates do not match the Activity Dates in Agresso then you will receive a warning “The activity dates do not match the project dates, logged time will fail to submit to Agresso. ” in the project’s Summary page.
Users who attempt to add Timesheet Records for the non-matching Activity for the Project will also see a warning icon with a tooltip with the same error message.
The Timesheet Start Date and Project End Date should exactly match activity dates, this includes the timestamp which should be 00:00:00.
Finance to make this amendment in Agresso. Once complete wait 10 min for the back sync to run and reprocess the time.
